Terms and Conditions * Each day will constitute a separate auction. Full payment for purchases will be made each day of the sale. With few exception, merchandise will be removed on the day purchased. All sales are final. * The auctioneer assumes no responsibility for the authenticity or condition of any item sold. Auctioneer is not responsible for accedents or theft. * All merchandise will be sold "as is, where is", unless the auctioneer designates otherwise during the sale. All changes announced at the time of the auction will take precedence over written matter. * Special arrangement for packing, shipping, and/or storage can be made through advance contact with the auctioneer -- at buyer's expense. Buyer assumes responsibility for any damage incurred in shipping. All sales will be final.
